Implementation is the stage to do the work and put everything in practice. It involves the whole team and takes a specific time.
First of all you have to write the code, then develop all the equipment. After that you have to test plans, with the test plans you have to do user-testing groups and then see if the system is working as expected with the opinions of the users, there you see if you need to repeat or re-do something.
When you have the final product, you proceed to the data conversion. Then the testing plans, see if its functional and you have to check the data (Normal-Extreme-Abnormal). After that base on the Requirements Specification to see if the finished solution satisfied the needs.
Then you proceed to the user testing…
- Staff need to experience the system to handle difficulties and access help-
- Development team must be available to answer doubts by phone calls
- Dedicated help line
- Include User’s manuals

*A certain point in time you stop using one system and start using another. Obviously this can cause problems if the new program doesnt work correctly. Now it´s time to swicth off the old system to implent the new one, it sounds simple but most of the time it isn´t.

Of course, this is the simplest scenario. All the workers are waiting for the new program to come online but this means they have to stop working while they wait for the new system, and for the clients this is annoying.

Both systems are working at the same time, so you can compare them.

This is most useful for the airports, because they can risk to lose information , or to stop handling a system for a minute.

The exact details ar defined:data inputs, data outputs, screen layouts, any document that are printed out, what happens to the data as it flows through the system, the structure of any file that stores dta, how information is accessed and indexed or stored, and so on..There are some techiniques used for designing: flowchart, data flow diagram, data dictionary, structured english, decision table, decision tree.
Normally design proceeds in two stages: Preliminary or general design and structured or detailed design. General design is when the features of the new system are specified. The costs of implementing these features and the benefits to be derived are estimated. If the project is still considered to be feasible, we move to the detailed design stage. Detailed design is a blue print of a computer system solution to a given problem having the same components and inter elationship among the same components as the original problem. Input, output and processing specifications are drawn up in detail. In the design stage, the programming language and the platform in which the new system will run are also
decided.What is more used in design and helps you to organize better the information is the algorithm. Algorithm is an effective method express as a finite list of well- defined instructions for calculating a function in other words algorithm is an step-by-step procedure for calculations.

Internet Etiquette, concerned with matters of courtesy in communications. Help teh newbies, reseach before asking, remember emotion, people aren´t organizations , those are four basic rules of netiquette.
2. What should you do when you’re in a meeting and you want to be polite?
Help the newbies, the people who are new in using internet. Research before asking, search for a answer to your question because what you typed stays saved in the computer , so if you do a stupid question you can be embarrased. Remeber the emotion, i wont use capital letters because it means like im screaming, otherwise i will use stars or underlines, also you can use smiley´s but be carefull where you use it , because in important and serious meetings it is not well seen. People aren´t organizations, so not everyone is talking for their company , sometimes people send e-mails from their work account , becuase is the only one they have , they often use sentences like ” all opinions are personal expressions of the author alone”
3. Summarize three common mistakes and how to deal with them.
* People is not brief at the moment of redacting , you should be clear and precise in what you want to say.
*People sometimes get-off topic, this distracts the reader from the principal message, so you should keep on topic.
*People dont use white space, and this makes the readabilty difficult.
